Sage Nutrition provides compassionate nutrition care to support people with eating disorders and functional gut health conditions. Shannon came to us wanting a brand that would set her practice apart and give her the confidence to launch with impact.

We created a bold, contemporary identity that leans into a tone of grounded guidance while avoiding nutrition-industry trends. Stacked-circle icons subtly reference body shapes, evoking balance and stability, while friendly typography and colours keep the brand approachable and human. The vibrant, colourful photoshoot avoided the common “smiling-with-salad” cliché, instead capturing authentic imagery that reflects Sage Nutrition’s ethos. The result is a confident brand that positions Sage Nutrition as a human-centred practice ready to make a meaningful difference for clients.
